Job description
Gerimed Kleinmond is looking for a passionate and well-organized
Facility Manager to fully manage the Frail and Assisting Care Facility.
The Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the facility, ensuring
all administrative and customer service requirements are delivered efficiently and
effectively. The Manager will manage and oversee all clinical and nursing processes
and liaise with the Nursing Manager, the Multi disciplinary team, medical
professionals and families of residents.

Experience and Knowledge:
*Proven management experience.
*Experience in a similar leadership position.
*Experience in a geriatrics environment would be an advantage.
*Knowledge of Dementia Care, Frail Care, Palative Care, would be an advantage.
Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
