Job description
Limpopo AgriRise is a startup farming initiative. It's very first project is starting in the upcoming farming season.
Project summary: Sunflower farming at Ga-Makibelo. We have rented a farm.
Job details:
-Perform irrigation of the crops once a week
-Look after the growth of the sunflowers and identify any risks early on and suggest mitigation steps.
- Give a weekly report on the growth of the sunflower.
-Be available to perform any duties as required.
Preferrable experience/qualification:
-Prior experience in working at a farm will be a huge advantage.
-MUST be a hard worker with dedication
-An agricultural qualification will be advantageous but not required.
-Must live within walking /short distance to the farm.
Desired personal attributes
-Hard worker that is always willing to go above and beyond
-Must have manners and be able to respect and obey instructions and authority
-Must have leadership qualities and be able to take full charge of the farm.
