Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant, bar and F&B operations onboard.
- Lead, manage and develop the Food & Beverage team.
- Ensure consistently high luxury service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor revenue, budgets, food & beverage costs and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with USPH, HACCP, health, safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance across the department.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure effective service recovery.
- Conduct regular operational inspections and implement improvements.
- Work closely with the Hotel Director, Executive Chef and other department heads.
- Prepare and monitor departmental reports and financial results.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B management experience.
- Previous luxury hotel, resort or cruise experience.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and inventory management.
- Knowledge of USPH/HACCP standards.
- Excellent English communication and guest-service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural shipboard environment.
- Hospitality or F&B-related qualification preferred.
