F&B Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about great food, outstanding customer service, and leading a motivated team. You will take full ownership of our kiosk operations while driving quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the food & beverage kiosk
• Lead, motivate, train, and supervise the F&B team
• Prepare staff rosters and manage daily staffing requirements
• Maintain exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve guest queries professionally
• Ensure outstanding food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards
• Perform regular stock takes and maintain accurate stock control
• Manage supplier relationships, ordering, and stock replenishment
• Handle cash management and POS operations
• Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports for management
• Streamline daily operations and implement efficient new processes
• Maintain, service, and oversee all kitchen equipment and machines
• Introduce exciting new menu items and develop future best-selling products
• Establish and manage a new homemade pizza line
• Ensure smooth operations during busy periods including weekends, school holidays, birthday parties, school groups, and team-building events

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a chef in high-quality fast-food preparation
• Formal qualification as a Chef or equivalent culinary qualification
• Previous management experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer literacy, including POS and stock management systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable transport to the Bellville/Tygervalley area
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods
• Passion for food innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
