Job description
- Structure finance deals to meet customer and dealership needs.
- Ensure compliance with NCA, FAIS, FICA, TCF, POPIA, and other regulations.
- Present finance and insurance products to customers.
- Secure finance approvals and negotiate with financial institutions.
- Maximise F&I income through value-added products.
- Maintain accurate documentation and build strong relationships with banks and service providers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the finance process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- RE5 Certification
- NQF LEVEL 4 (Financial Services)
- COB (Class of Business ) Completed
- Minimum 2 Year’s Experience in Automotive F&I
- Proven Track Record with Finance approvals & Product Upselling
- Strong Compliance Knowledge (FAIS, NCR, TCF, etc).
- Excellent Communication, Integrity & Attention to Detail.
- Valid Driver’s License
