Field Insurance Sales Respresentative

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As part of our sales force, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most — their lives, families, and futures.

You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of insurance products (life, funeral, medical, and/or short-term).
• Approach potential clients through fieldwork, leads, referrals, or networking.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify appropriate cover for each client.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and costs clearly to clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

✅ Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
✅ Previous experience in insurance or sales (advantageous, but not essential — training provided).
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Self-motivated with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
✅ Own transport (advantageous).
