Job description

Field agents are required to travel South Africa to find, engage and shortlist people who will become our field managers.

You will travel to surrounding areas, read the local market and identify key players. You will also engage with these candidates, pitch them the opportunity, interview them and report back to the office.

You are required to be street smart, a sharp judge of character, resourceful and have a good background in telecommunications, FMCG and good business etiquette.

This role requires extensive travel (1-2 weeks at a time)
