Field Recruitment & Expansion Specialist

· Travel to targeted towns and surrounding areas (up to ±200km)

· Understand the local market, community and key players

· Identify potential Field Manager candidates from informal traders, entrepreneurs, salespeople and community leaders

· Approach and engage potential candidates directly

· Explain the opportunity and build interest

· Conduct initial face-to-face interviews and assessments

· Assess character, reputation, network, leadership potential and ability to manage people

· Build a shortlist of top candidates for to interview

· Provide clear feedback and reports on each area visited

What the Field Managers Will Do

· Support and service Zoners & Foot Soldiers in their area

· Ensure stock availability and distribution

· Assist with queries and operational issues

· Build strong relationships and motivate the team

· Drive activity and performance on the ground

· Represent professionally in their territory

· Grow brand awareness, trust and loyalty in the community

Key Requirements

· Valid driver's licence
