Field Sales Agent

GroDirect is seeking Insurance Field Sales Agents that are driven and enthusiastic to become part of our team. For those who are keen to begin their sales career and develop in a fast-paced, encouraging setting, this is a fantastic opportunity.Since thorough instruction will be given, no prior experience is necessary.

Tasks and Obligations

Sales and Customer Engagement:

Market and close deals with prospective clients on insurance-related goods and services.
Product Knowledge: Acquire knowledge of and comprehension of the company's products in order to properly explain their characteristics and advantages to clients.

Goal Achievement:

Reach sales goals and support the group's performance as a whole.
Reporting: Monitor sales activity and provide team supervisors with updates.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

- A Grade 12 Matric Certificate is required.(When applying, attach.)

- A legitimate South African ID.

- Complete training will be given;

- No prior experience is required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Goal-oriented

-Cheerful, and open to learning new things.

- The capacity to function both alone and together.

- Must be dependable and on time.
