Are you confident, ambitious and looking to build a career in sales?
We are looking for motivated Sales Agents to join our growing life insurance team in Johannesburg.
No previous insurance or sales experience is required. We provide full training to successful candidates, including product knowledge, sales techniques and the skills required to confidently assist customers with their life-cover needs.
If you are a strong communicator, enjoy speaking to people and are motivated by achieving targets and earning commission, this could be an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in financial services.
What You Will Do
Contact prospective customers and introduce life insurance products.
Understand customers' needs and explain suitable life-cover options.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Build professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Complete applications accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Provide excellent customer service.
Follow all company sales, compliance and regulatory procedures.
Pay: R3 034,26 - R18 614,54 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Johannesburg, Gauteng
