About the Role
Tswaranang Financial Services is seeking experienced and motivated Financial Advisors / Sales Agents to join our growing team in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business by selling insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify clients’ financial and insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience (essential).
- RE5 qualification will be an advantage.
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport will be an advantage.
