We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Field Sales Manager to grow our client base by acquiring new BnB partners across the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the BnB and hospitality sector.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals and canvassing.
• Set up and manage appointments with business owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct professional, in-person presentations of the Go2BnB Employee Benefits Programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close new business agreements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records.
• Complete application documentation and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent the Go2BnB brand professionally at all times.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify market opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ proven external (field) sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and closing sales.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday visiting clients.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Own reliable vehicle (essential).
• Own laptop (essential).
• Own smartphone/cellphone (essential).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Hospitality, employee benefits, insurance or B2B sales experience will be advantageous.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: R20,000 per month
• Attractive Commission Structure (uncapped earning potential)

• Number of appointments secured
