What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)

• Own Your Territory: Hit the pavement daily, doing in-person cold calls to industrial sites, workshops, warehouses, or businesses to uncover new opportunities.
• Build Real Relationships: Walk right in, get past the gatekeeper, and build instant rapport with decision-makers face-to-face.
• Talk the Talk: Lean into your mechanical curiosity to understand our products/services and explain them clearly to people who appreciate practical, hands-on solutions.
• Manage the Hustle: Plan your daily routes efficiently to maximize face-to-face meeting time and keep your sales pipeline full.
• Crush Targets: Exceed weekly activity goals (walk-ins, meetings booked) and monthly revenue milestones.
