Our client is recruiting Field Sales and Service Consultants to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated, target-driven individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in the field.

Successful candidates will be allocated to a branch within their region and will actively engage with customers to promote a range of financial products while identifying opportunities to upsell additional solutions.

Key Duties:

Generate new business by actively promoting financial products within an assigned area.
Open new customer accounts and identify opportunities to upsell additional products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service.
Conduct product presentations and provide tailored financial solutions.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
Represent the client professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
A finance-related qualification recognised by the FSCA or FSP will be advantageous.
2–4 years' sales or customer service experience, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Clear criminal record.
