Stowe Holdings is looking for motivated and customer-focused IT Field Service Technicians to join our growing Field Services team across multiple regions in South Africa (Location: Johannesburg | KwaZulu-Natal | Eastern Cape | Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) | Western Cape).

Key Responsibilities
As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Installing, maintaining, and supporting IT hardware and software
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Providing on-site technical support to clients
- Performing network installations and troubleshooting
- Completing project installations and maintenance tasks
- Managing boot stock, tools, and company equipment
- Completing electronic job cards and installation documentation
- Conducting checklists, audits, and site documentation
- Maintaining accurate stock control records
- Completing administrative tasks, including petty cash reconciliations, overtime submissions, vehicle logs, and related documentation
- Delivering excellent customer service while representing Stowe Holdings professionally
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of IT support or field service experience
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ (N+) certifications are essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (7, 8, 10, and newer versions)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid South African driver's licence (essential)
- Valid passport (advantageous)
