Stowe Holdings is looking for motivated and customer-focused IT Field Service Technicians to join our growing Field Services team across multiple regions in South Africa (Location: Johannesburg | KwaZulu-Natal | Eastern Cape | Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) | Western Cape).

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

Installing, maintaining, and supporting IT hardware and software
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
Providing on-site technical support to clients
Performing network installations and troubleshooting
Completing project installations and maintenance tasks
Managing boot stock, tools, and company equipment
Completing electronic job cards and installation documentation
Conducting checklists, audits, and site documentation
Maintaining accurate stock control records
Completing administrative tasks, including petty cash reconciliations, overtime submissions, vehicle logs, and related documentation
Delivering excellent customer service while representing Stowe Holdings professionally

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of IT support or field service experience
CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ (N+) certifications are essential
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (7, 8, 10, and newer versions)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Valid South African driver's licence (essential)
Valid passport (advantageous)
