FIELD COLLECTION AGENT (MONTH-TO-MONTH CONTRACT)

Join B9 Debt (Pty) Ltd

B9 Debt (Pty) Ltd is expanding and is looking for energetic, self-motivated and professional Field Collection Agents to join our growing field operations team across South Africa.

If you enjoy working independently, meeting people, travelling within your assigned area and earning performance-based incentives, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct home and workplace visits to debtors.
Negotiate and secure signed payment arrangements.
Verify debtor and employment information.
Submit completed documentation and daily activity reports.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and compliance with POPIA and company policies.
Meet monthly performance targets.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
Valid South African driver's licence.
Own reliable motor vehicle.
Smartphone with internet access.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Previous experience in debt collection, tracing, field investigations or sales will be an advantage.

Employment Terms

Month-to-month employment contract.
Contract renewal is subject to performance and operational requirements.

Remuneration Package

Basic salary: R5,287.00 per month (National Minimum Wage).
Fuel allowance: Reimbursed based on approved business kilometres travelled.
Cellphone allowance: Monthly allowance provided.
Commission: R135 for every concluded assignment.
Expected total monthly earnings: Approximately R9,000 to R14,000, depending on performance.
