SUMMARY: Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for credit control, accounts payable, and financial administration, ready to play a vital role in maintaining healthy cash flow, strengthening supplier and customer relationships, and supporting the day-to-day success of a busy finance department

POSITION INFO: Job & Company Description An exciting opportunity is available for a Finance Administration Clerk to join a well-established business in Germiston. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential. Duties: Manage the full credit control function Process new customer credit applications and account approvals Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve account queries efficiently Distribute daily age analyses, account hold reports, and weekly cash account reports Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and investigate outstanding invoices Capture supplier and expense invoices accurately and timeously Prepare supplier payment schedules and payment requests Send remittance advices and resolve supplier payment queries Complete vendor onboarding documentation and maintain supplier records Reconcile expense accounts and support cash flow management processes Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required Qualifications & Skills: Relevant qualification Minimum 2 years' experience in Credit Control required Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable required Microsoft Office and accounting systems If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
