Key responsibilities include managing opening and closing of bank accounts, user access on Standard Bank Business Online and Oracle Cash Management, updating signatories and KYC information, coordinating with the Company Secretary on bank mandates, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will also manage dividend payments, bank guarantee requirements, and prepare audit documentation. Minimum Requirements
- Understanding of banking processes and financial controls
- Experience with accounting systems (Oracle Cash Management)
- Relevant financial qualifications, or
- 5 years relevant experience
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- MS Office skills

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage process of opening new bank accounts, merchant acquirers for both local and Rest of Africa in Standard Bank Business online and in Oracle Cash Management
- Manage process of bank accounts closures in Standard Bank Business online and in Oracle Cash Management
- Manage process of loading new users and deleting old users on Business Online
- Maintain the monthly schedule for operators to release payments on Business Online
- Responsible for the process of updating signatories on all bank accounts
- Responsible for updating KYC (Know Your Customer) information with all the banks
- Liaise with Company Secretary and ensure that all resolutions are completed for bank mandates and indemnities
- Ensure that the Treasury customer EFT policy is updated on Imbizo
- Act as primary contact with Bankers and Merchants Acquirers by building strong relationships
- Manage dividend payment process with the bank and Computershare
- Responsible for providing documentation for internal and external audits
- Manage bank guarantee requirements for the business
- Responsible for preparing all letters of instruction to the banks
- Perform adhoc treasury tasks
- Always ensure compliance with internal controls, especially with user access on Business Online
