Mind Legacies Finance Lead
Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)
Commitment: Approximately 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday) 9am-1pm

Mind Legacies is the Central Intelligence Parent Organization responsible for building and governing an ecosystem of organizations dedicated to scaling human intelligence.
The Finance Lead is one of the first organizational leadership positions within the parent organization itself.
About the Role
The Finance Lead is responsible for helping establish the financial systems that support the long-term sustainability of Mind Legacies and its subsidiaries.
This Office focuses on budgeting, financial planning, reporting, operational financial governance, and supporting responsible organizational growth.
As the organization grows, this Office will help shape the financial foundation of the entire Mind Legacies ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning
- Assist in developing budgets.
- Support financial forecasting.

- Monitor organizational financial health.
Financial Governance
- Maintain financial records.
- Support financial reporting.
- Help establish financial procedures.
- Promote financial accountability.
Strategic Support
- Assist with funding preparation.
- Support grant and investment documentation.
- Contribute to financial planning for new initiatives.
- Work with leadership on sustainable operational models.
