About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Finance Graduates to join our Finance Graduate Programme. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting and finance while working alongside experienced finance professionals.
The successful candidates will receive hands-on exposure to core finance functions, helping them develop the skills needed to build a successful career in finance.
The vacancies exist across multiple Bluespec branches in Sandton, Kempton Park, Wynberg, Randburg, Centurion, Greenstone, Bedfordview and Roodepoort
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process financial transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist with month-end finance processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Assist with taxation and general finance administration.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform any other finance-related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
One of the following qualifications:
- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Diploma in Accounting
- Diploma in Financial Management
- BCom Finance & Economics
Up to 1 year of finance-related experience (graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- VLOOKUP
- XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
Basic knowledge of:
- Financial Accounting
- Taxation
- Auditing
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
