Job description

Accountable for Technical Accounting (IFRS), Financial Information, and financial governance. Ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, effective planning, and high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making and sustainable business performance.

Accountable for IFRS technical accounting, statutory reporting, and financial disclosures.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Establish and maintain finance policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
Oversee expenditure, capital investment governance, and financial performance.
Lead audit, compliance, and financial risk management activities.
Provide strategic financial insight and decision support to leadership.
Lead, develop, and optimise finance talent, systems, and processes.

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

10+ years' experience in financial leadership and technical accounting.
Manufacturing experience with a proven track record of leading teams

Technical Skills:

Expert IFRS and financial reporting knowledge.
Advanced Microsoft Office and ERP proficiency.
Financial reporting, planning and control
