About Prime Circle Finance
Prime Circle Finance is building the financial infrastructure powering the next generation of commerce across Africa through digital assets, cross-border payments, treasury infrastructure, embedded finance and lending.

The Opportunity
This is not a bookkeeping role. You will own the finance function across multiple African entities, including accounting, treasury operations, tax, statutory compliance and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end bookkeeping across group entities
Monthly management accounts
Treasury reconciliations and OTC trade booking
Cash flow and liquidity reporting
SARS (VAT, PAYE, income tax, EMP201/501)
Audit preparation and liaison with external accountants
Budgets, forecasts and reporting packs
Multi-entity consolidations

Requirements

BCom Accounting or similar
3–6 years' experience
Xero or similar ERP
Strong Excel
Startup mindset with high ownership.

Based in Cape Town. This is not a remote job.

Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

Xero or similar ERP: 3 years (Required)
Accounting: 4 years (Required)
