Role Overview

Help us automate and scale financial operations at a fast-growing fintech, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for millions of users across Africa. You'll be key to our financial integrity and growth.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
4+ years in accounting, focusing on month-end close & reconciliations
Strong knowledge of South African tax compliance (VAT, PAYE)
Proficient in Xero and advanced Excel for data analysis
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query) is a plus
Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting financial anomalies

What You'll Do

Drive month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting
Automate reconciliation processes and streamline reporting tasks
Collaborate with Treasury and Tech Ops for seamless financial flows
Manage expense allocations and support tax/audit submissions
