A well-established and growing hospitality group based in Johannesburg North is on the hunt for a skilled Financial Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, customer-focused industry where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance, and providing valuable insights that support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate account management and timely resolutions
- Partner closely with Operations Managers to support business performance and financial decision-making
- Manage and reconcile foreign currency transactions and exposures
- Prepare accurate financial and management reports
- Maintain strong financial controls and identify process improvement opportunities
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- SAICA/SAIPA Articles is advantageous
- 3-5 years post articles experience
- Hospitality or retail industry experience
