A well-established player in the automotive industry is looking for a skilled GL Accountant to join their finance team in Johannesburg West. You will take ownership of the General Ledger function, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting month-end processes that keep the business on track. If balancing accounts gives you satisfaction and deadlines fuel your productivity, this role is calling your name.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the General Ledger function
• Prepare and process journals, accruals, and provisions
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account reviews
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting
• Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles
