Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Manage monthly accounting processes and reconciliations
• Monitor property-related income and expenditure
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances
• Support budgeting, forecasting and audit requirements

Qualifications

• BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years' relevant Financial Accounting experience
• Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and accounting systems knowledge
