Job description
Job Purpose
To support the finance team by preparing financial information, analysing data, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes. The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, using technology to increase efficiency, and working with both finance and operational teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A completed or ongoing relevant accounting qualification, such as an Accounting Diploma or BCom degree, would be advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years Finance experience in a supply chain environment
- History of process improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing financial reconciliations, mostly relating to accounts receivables
- WMS Super User
- Uploading and maintaining customer rates in the WMS
- Developing and maintaining quality work instructions
- Internal control checks
- Assist with user acceptance testing
- Auditing
