To provide efficient and effective support to ensure the smooth running of an investment and risk advisory practice by providing clients with an excellent banking experience through service delivery and product knowledge.
- Check all transactions daily to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Maintenance of administration on all products, application procedure, processing and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets linked to the agreed service level agreement.
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information by fulfilling daily sales applications.
- Improve service efficiencies for the bank through identifying opportunities; suggesting relevant solutions and follow up with clients to ensure service delivery standards is adhered to.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions through the accurate fulfilment of cases across various service providers.
- Keep up to date with own area of expertise to develop and maintain own professional knowledge base to provide effective support and advice.
You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following skills & educational background:
- RE 5
- CFP will be advantages
- FSCA recognised degree – NQF level 7
- Experience in advice/compliance monitoring will be advantageous
- Experience with virtual sales via electronic channels (teams, telephone and sales interface)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning and/or wealth management
- Mandated and non-supervised for relevant subcategories as per pertaining to underwritten life cover and investments.
