As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses, and providing tailored financial solutions that align with clients' short- and long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a portfolio of new and existing clients.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement personalised financial plans and wealth creation strategies.
• Provide advice on investment, retirement, risk, and insurance solutions.
• Identify business development opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to review and adjust financial plans as required.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional client service and foster long-term relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing Financial Adviser or Financial Planning role.
• RE5 certification (essential).
• Class of Business Training (COB/CBT) completed.
• DOFA completed.
• Proven ability to acquire and manage clients.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence advantageous.
