Role and Responsibilities:

As a Financial Advisor , you will be immersed in a professional advisory environment from day one. Working alongside experienced Financial Advisors, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive client needs analyses and assist in developing tailored financial plans
• Provide clients with informed recommendations on investments and wealth management solutions
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
• Support senior advisors with portfolio management, client reviews, and administrative processes
• Assist with financial administration, client onboarding, documentation, compliance, and record-keeping
• Attend structured product training and professional development sessions
• Work towards relevant professional and regulatory qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
• Results-driven mindset with the ambition to develop a successful client portfolio
• Valid South African ID or work permit
• Valid driver's licence, as this is a client-facing role that may require occasional travel

Advantageous:

• Experience in finance administration, investment administration, financial advisory support, or client service roles
• Progress toward FAIS compliance or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
• Strong academic performance
• Demonstrable interest in financial planning, investments, wealth management, or advisory services
• Knowledge of financial products and regulatory frameworks within the South African financial services industry
