Job Description
Vhapfumi Holdings (Pty) Ltd is looking for ambitious, client-focused Financial Advisors to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.
· Conduct financial needs analyses and provide tailored financial advice.
· Recommend appropriate solutions relating to wealth creation, wealth protection, retirement, investments, and risk planning.
· Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing reviews and support.
· Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
· Ensure compliance with FAIS legislation and company policies.
· Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
· Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualification
· NQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Planning, Finance, Wealth Management, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.
· RE5 (Regulatory Examination for Representatives) completed or in progress (advantageous depending on experience).
· Class of Business (COB) training completed where applicable.
· FAIS Fit and Proper requirements must be met.
Experience
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Wealth Advisor, or similar financial services role.
· Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
· Experience in insurance, investments, retirement planning, or wealth management will be beneficial.

· Virtual meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams/Zoom)
Pay: R300 000,00 - R600 000,00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fourways, Gauteng
