Financial Controller (Agri Credit Solutions)

Agri Credit Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Controller to render comprehensive business control services while strengthening financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to ensure sound financial controls, accurate reporting, audit readiness, and the implementation of business intelligence solutions that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial reporting, compliance, auditing, and analysis.
• Financial operations, systems, and internal controls.
• Business intelligence reporting and dashboard development.
• Financial analysis and performance monitoring.
• Process improvement and business control services.
• Stakeholder collaboration and governance support.

Qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Professional Accountant (SA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or CIMA are advantageous. At least 3-5 years relevant experience. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance. Experience with ERP systems, financial controls, and business process improvement.
