Job Description: Debt Review / Debt Removal AgentJob Purpose:

To assist clients with debt review and debt removal solutions by assessing their financial needs, explaining available options, and providing professional support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact clients regarding debt review and debt removal services.
Conduct basic financial assessments and collect client information.
Explain processes, requirements, and benefits to clients.
Assist with applications and required documentation.
Maintain accurate client records.
Handle client queries professionally.
Achieve set sales, call, and quality targets.
Follow company procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Minimum 1 year experience in debt review, debt removal, sales, or outbound contact centre environment.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literate.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary: R5,000 per month
R500 attendance bonus (subject to company attendance policy)
Uncapped commission earning potential
Performance-based incentives and rewards

Pay: R5 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
