Job description

Join a well-established, JSE-listed pharmaceutical organisation as a Financial Manager – Costing.

The business continues to play a leading role in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This is a high-impact finance opportunity within a complex, dynamic environment where you will influence both financial performance and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting
Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and business insights
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Support CAPEX planning and tracking
Strengthen forecasting controls, compliance, and governance
Partner with key stakeholders to support decision-making

Education and experience:

CA(SA) or CIMA essential
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
