Financial Manager

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Financial Manager to join our growing group of companies based in Potchefstroom.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple businesses and wants to play a key role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of three dynamic companies operating in different industries.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day financial administration, reporting, compliance, and payroll functions across the group.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience managing the finances of multiple entities will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of: Payroll, VAT, PAYE, EMP201 & EMP501 submissions, SARS compliance, Bank reconciliations etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (Xero)
• Valid driver's licence.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Potchefstroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance.
• Daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Creditors and supplier reconciliations.
• Debtors management and collections.
• Processing supplier payments.
• Payroll administration.
• VAT calculations, reconciliations and submissions.
• PAYE, UIF and SDL administration.
• Claims administration and processing.
• Monthly financial reporting.
• Cash flow management.
• General ledger reconciliations.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
• Preparing information required by auditors and accountants.
• Ensuring statutory and tax compliance.
• Assisting management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Pay: From R22 000,00 per month
