We are looking for ambitious, target-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Recovery & Client Solutions Specialists. This is more than a traditional call centre role – you will act as a trusted consultant, guiding consumers through financial rehabilitation solutions including:
- Debt Review
- Debt Mediation
- Debt Review Removal
- Consumer Financial Recovery Solutions
We are particularly interested in candidates who are eager to develop their careers through our Learn While You Earn Programme, where training, mentorship, and live client engagement go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients and understand their financial circumstances.
- Educate consumers on debt relief and financial recovery solutions.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the client journey from enquiry through to onboarding.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in continuous training and personal development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Aged between 19 and 28 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in:
- Debt Review
- Debt Mediation
- Debt Review Removal
- Outbound Sales
- Call Centre Environments
- Financial Services
Experienced agents will be given preference; however, ambitious individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
