Financial Services Sales Agent

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Agents to join a fast-paced financial services campaign specialising in personal loans.

The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their financial needs, presenting suitable loan solutions, and successfully converting opportunities into sales while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers telephonically regarding personal loan products.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable financial solutions.
• Explain loan products, processes, terms and requirements clearly.
• Achieve individual and campaign sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Ensure accurate capturing of customer information.
• Follow all required compliance, quality and regulatory procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work effectively within a target-driven call centre environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 preferred.
• Previous call centre sales experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience selling personal loans, banking products, insurance, credit or other financial products will be advantageous.
• Strong sales and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Good computer literacy and data-capturing skills.
• Ability to work in a highly performance-driven environment.
