Securico Fire & Security is a UK-based company specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems. We’re looking for a Fire & Security Estimating Coordinator to support our estimating and operations teams.

You’ll review site information, assess system requirements and prepare accurate quotations and material lists. Working closely with engineers, customers and suppliers, you’ll help keep our projects moving by identifying when further technical information or a site visit is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing floor plans, drawings, site surveys, photographs and videos.
• Assessing existing fire and security installations and identifying additional work or potential upgrades.
• Determining suitable equipment and system requirements in line with manufacturer guidance and relevant British Standards.
• Preparing accurate material lists and quotations based on the information available.
• Estimating cable, device and installation requirements.
• Reviewing engineer reports and translating findings into clear quotations.
• Obtaining supplier prices and maintaining accurate quote margins.
• Liaising with engineers, customers and suppliers to gather further information and clarify technical requirements.
• Supporting the Operations and Service teams with technical queries.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in fire alarm, intruder alarm, or security systems is required.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn software tools and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working across time zones, ideally with partial or full UK working hours availability.
