We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and passionate Fish Griller & Flat Top Chef to join our kitchen team. If you take pride in preparing high-quality food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience working on a grill and flat top, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of fish and seafood dishes to company standards.
• Operate and maintain flat top grills and chargrills safely and efficiently.
• Ensure food is prepared consistently, with excellent presentation and quality.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Follow all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimise food waste.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Fish Griller, Grill Chef, or Flat Top Chef.
• Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: R3 750,00 - R7 000,00 per month
