Fixed Term - Junior Debtors Controller

Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Debtors Controller to support the Finance Department on a

Fixed Term Contract of 6 months, in maintaining accurate debtor records, processing customer payments, following up

on outstanding accounts and assisting with general debtors administration.

Education/Experience

• Grade 12
• A Certificate, Higher Certificate, Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year's experience managing debtor accounts and collections

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of customer accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Allocate payments and maintain accurate debtor records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve account queries.
• Prepare and distribute statements to customers.
• Assist with debt collection activities.
• Maintain filing and record-keeping systems.
• Support month-end debtors reconciliation processes.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding customer account matters.
• Perform general finance and administrative duties as required.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 500,00 per month
