Fleet Controller

East Rand Bulk, an accredited fuel transportation company is currently seeking a vibrant and fast thinking individual to join our Team as a Fleet Controller.

Interested Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications/traits & Competencies:

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum educational qualification of Matric.

· Must have good knowledge of fuel tankers, Policies and Procedures for fuel deliveries from start to end.

· Must have good knowledge of dispatching, tracking, briefing, and debriefing of drivers.

· Must have good route planning and scheduling experience.

· Must be fully computer literate.

· Must have good telephone and Email etiquette.

· Must be presentable and have a sense of Pride & maturity in their day-to-day duties.

· Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 Years of experience in a similar position.

Competencies:

· Decision making, communication and leadership skills

· Ability to interact well with a diversified team

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure

· Complete understanding of Logistics and Fuel Transportation.

Position requires shift work, so own transport is essential.

Any HSE experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: R13 500,00 - R15 000,00 per month
