The opportunity
You will take central control of a national fleet of 100+ vehicles delivering across 40 stores — accountable for getting the right orders to the right customers, on time and in full, at the lowest possible cost and with the smallest viable fleet. It is a high-impact, data-driven role at the heart of our supply chain.
What you'll own
· End-to-end last-mile delivery performance and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) targets.
· A national fleet of 100+ vehicles — utilisation, maintenance, compliance and cost.
· Route optimisation, load planning and delivery SLA design across all regions.
· Real-time GPS tracking, telematics and driver-behaviour monitoring.
· Driver performance, training, safety and incentive design.
· The logistics technology stack, KPI reporting and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
· 5–10+ years in logistics, fleet management or last-mile delivery.
· A track record of managing large, distributed fleets across multiple sites.
· A strong command of routing, dispatch and telematics systems.
· Data-driven decision-making and an operational-excellence mindset.
· Confident leadership and a genuinely customer-centric focus.
· Retail, FMCG or liquor-distribution experience is an advantage.
