Fleet B2B Sales Executive – Durban

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Basic Salary: R15,000 – R18,500 per month, depending on experience
Plus: Excellent commission structure with strong earning potential

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced B2B Fleet Sales Executive to join a highly successful dealership representing one of South Africa’s leading and most sought-after vehicle brands.

This is a genuine new-business sales role for an experienced, well-connected individual who already has an established and active corporate/B2B client database and knows how to turn relationships into vehicle sales.

The brand offers an excellent platform for a strong fleet salesperson, backed by a competitive product range and significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and secure new corporate and fleet business
• Utilise your existing database and network to generate immediate opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs and key decision-makers
• Identify new B2B opportunities through cold calling, networking and face-to-face prospecting
• Prepare and present vehicle proposals and quotations
• Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting through to delivery
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly fleet sales targets
• Develop your existing database while continually adding new business opportunities

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years’ proven B2B sales experience, preferably within automotive/fleet sales
• An established and active corporate/B2B client database is essential
• Proven track record of successfully generating new business
• Strong prospecting and business development ability
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Confident dealing with business owners, fleet managers and corporate decision-makers
• Self-motivated, tenacious and target-driven
• Valid driver’s licence

Important

This is not an entry-level or trainee sales position.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate both relevant B2B sales experience and an established client database. Applicants without these two key requirements will unfortunately not be considered.

Package

R15,000 – R18,500 basic salary per month, depending on experience, together with an excellent commission structure and very strong earning potential.
