Are you passionate about customer service, logistics, and operations excellence? CRUSADE Logistics is looking for a dynamic Tracking and Customer Service Centre (CSC) Agent to join our team.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance across customer delivery processes and fleet operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment and is ready to lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Accurately capture and track customer orders
- Provide real-time updates on delivery status
- Maintain 98%+ on customer update surveys
- Ensure timely, accurate submission of Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Provide proactive communication and ETA adjustments to clients
Operational & Asset Monitoring
- Track fleet assets and driver activities hourly
- Log all delays, unauthorized stops, and loading/offloading issues
- Ensure completion of OTR forms and Journey Plans
- Monitor and report on fuel consumption and driver behavior
Vehicle & Equipment Compliance
- Conduct daily OTR, panic button, and DriveCam tests
- Ensure scanners are operational and escalate faults
- Perform random compliance checks and update logs accordingly
Legal & HSSE Compliance
- Monitor driver speed, rest times, and route adherence
- Report traffic delays and assist with rerouting as needed
- Ensure daily camera surveillance and tracking screen monitoring
- Download and log DriveCam footage for safety reviews
- 2+ years experience in a logistics customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of fleet tracking systems (e.g., Ctrack, Fleetboard)
- Proven ability to manage delivery schedules and communicate with clients under pressure
- Familiarity with legal and HSSE standards in logistics
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts (12 hour shift)
