Wildsprout is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Floating Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards across our Constantia & Kenilworth branches. What We Offer

• No night shifts: We close at 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and at 15:00 on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Dual-store management: Working between Kenilworth and Constantia branches based on operational needs.
• Team leadership: Supervising, motivating, and providing support to our teams at both locations
• Operational excellence: Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Administrative control: Managing inventory, stock takes, staff scheduling, and daily cash-ups.
• Customer relations: Handling customer queries and feedback with patience, respect and enthusiasm

Requirements & Qualifications

• Transport: Must have own reliable transport to travel flexibly between both restaurants.
• Experience: Proven track record in restaurant management or assistant management.
• Tech skills: Strong computer literacy and solid administrative capability.
• Alignment: An interest in, or understanding of clean living, health, and nutrition is a bonus.
• Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on work ethic.
• Culture: Having the ability to adapt to two diverse teams and cultures

Pay: R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
