GPU rental/purchases), Cloud Storage, Private Storage, QNAP storage, Virtual Servers and Hosting solutions including Data Migration, backup and Data Sovereignty solutions in South Africa with up to 3 geographic locations of replications in SA, a first in the private cloud space in Africa. Also, distributor for several Servers, Storage Arrays, HDD & SSD's, Tape / Backup devices, Digital Forensics, and archival solutions. Head Office is in Midrand.

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will promote and sell CSSi’s advanced technology solutions within South Africa and across the African region.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

* Grow and manage your sales pipeline

* Conduct meetings and present tailored IT solutions

* Generate and follow up on leads to achieve targets

* Accurately forecast and report on sales performance

Client Relationship Management:

* Build strong, long-term client partnerships

* Deliver professional presentations and proposals

* Provide excellent customer service and support

* Contribute to creating a “WOW” customer experience

Market Awareness:

* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

* Provide market feedback to management

* Align with company core values and mission

Event & Brand Representation:

* Attend industry events and networking functions

* Represent CSSi professionally

* Participate fully in company events and initiatives

Sales Administration:

* Maintain accurate CRM records

* Prepare quotes, proposals, and documentation

* Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

* Minimum 4–5 years IT/Technology sales experience

* 4+ years Account Management experience

* Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

* Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines

* Willingness to undergo a drug test

* Ability to commute to Midrand
