Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food service and dining areas.
- Assist with setting up and clearing service stations, dining areas, and functions.
- Refill food displays, beverages, and condiments as required.
- Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
- Assist with stock rotation and maintaining service area supplies.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional dining environment for customers.
- To carry out any reasonable request by management.
- To report and where possible take action when faced with customer and client complaints or compliments.
- To attend meetings and training courses as may be necessary.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility

Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- 1 - 2 years working experience in a food service, catering, hospitality, or customer service environment will be advantageous.
- Culinary qualification would be advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
