Kick-start your career in the Food & Beverage industry!
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our 12-month paid internship programme in Eswatini. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, retail management, customer service, and business administration.
Who Should Apply?
Recent graduates or final-year online students who can commit to a full-time, 12-month internship programme in one of the following fields:
- Consumer Studies
- Consumer Science
- Culinary Arts / Professional Chef
- Hospitality Management
- Food Science
- Food Management & Nutrition Sciences
What You'll Be Involved In
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of four Sage Coffee shops in Eswatini.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Monitoring customer service standards and product quality.
- Supporting promotional activities and store initiatives.
- Assisting with operational reporting and administration.
- Gaining exposure to retail operations, food and beverage management, and customer experience.
- Conducting site visits and working closely with store teams.
- Learning about business operations, sales performance, and profitability.
- Working alongside experienced managers and supervisors to develop practical leadership skills.
