Foreclosure Cold Caller (Full-Time | $3 to $8 an hour)

I'm looking for a full-time Foreclosure Cold Caller to contact former homeowners, explain potential excess funds, and qualify interested prospects. This role pays $3 to $8 an hour.

About the Role

This company is a real estate services company that helps former homeowners recover excess money after their houses are sold through foreclosure, and they are looking to bring on a Foreclosure Cold Caller to help with homeowner outreach and lead qualification.

You will review assigned leads, call available phone numbers, explain the service, handle skepticism, document interactions, and request updated contact information when needed.

Responsibilities

• Call former homeowners using assigned foreclosure leads.
• Explain potential excess funds clearly and professionally.
• Handle skepticism and common objections during calls.
• Document every call outcome in Google Sheets.
• Request updated contact data for unreachable leads.

Pay: R49,19 - R131,18 per hour
